SHIPPING POLICIES:

- When shipping internationally, parcels may be subject to Import Tax and Duty Charges, for which the buyer is responsible.

- Very far countries or islands like New Zealand,Virgin Islands, Hawaii, and Alaska etc will require additional shipping charges.
- Processing time is usually 0-1 business days, we prepare boxes even on weekends!
- Please note that we will only ship to an address provided on eBay or protechpartseu.com at the check out.Invoice will be made with the name and adress from delivery because they have to match at customs.

RETURN POLICY:
- Return Window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the customer purchasing the item. Eligible returns include non-functional items or those that significantly deviate from their description. We urge customers not to purchase parts solely for diagnostic purposes.
- Shipping Costs: Customers bear the full shipping cost for returns. While many of our items come with free shipping, this means the shipping cost is embedded in the item's price. Upon a successful return, you will be refunded the purchase price minus our shipping costs.
- Restocking Fee: A -20% restocking fee applies to items returned due to unwantedness or incorrect fitment. It's the buyer's responsibility to ensure the item fits their vehicle.
- Warranty Seal & Markings: If our warranty seal or paint marks on bolts are tampered with or broken, no returns or refunds will be granted. If an item is returned in a different condition or with altered markings, the buyer will bear the cost of shipping the item back to us. By purchasing, you agree to these terms and the return policy outlined in the item description.
- No Return Policy: If the item description explicitly states "no returns or refunds," the buyer acknowledges that the received item cannot be returned, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

- Product Condition: While most of our parts are brand new and pristine, a limited number, particularly those that are the last items in stock, might display minor scuffs, light scratches, or other minimal signs.
